Our Guarantee
Because every piece of jewelry at The Marbled Gem is handcrafted using rare artifacts, hand-mined gemstones, and custom-tailored sizing, we want you to absolutely love your wearable piece of history. If something isn't right, we are here to help.

Returns & Exchanges
  • 30-Day Window: We accept returns or exchanges on unworn, pristine jewelry within 30 days of your delivery date.
  • Custom Sizing Adjustments: Because every strand and cuff is tailored to your exact wrist specifications, we offer one complimentary size adjustment if your piece doesn't fit perfectly upon arrival. You only cover the return shipping to our studio, and we will resize and ship it back to you for free.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to their rare and irreplaceable nature, custom designs using my personal heirloom materials or high-value artifact masterpiece variations (such as the Ancient Strata Masterpieces) are final sale.
